TLDR: Self;Wash,Feed, Neighbor;Baby, Expansion
So you are visiting a community or neighbor's zoo, what should you do there since you have a few options. You can feed or clean the animals, you can accelerate babies, you can accelerate expansions. I think the answer lies in what you want to get out of the visit.
If you just want to benefit yourself and get Hearts and Coins, then you should try and clean animals. This is a little weird, because cleaning/washing animals is easier than feeding animals, yet it give you more gold than feeding animals. Washing and Feeding animals are the only activities that can benefit you directly, as these are the only 2 ways of obtaining coins from visiting neighbors.
The amount of coins from Washing / Cleaning Animals depends on the Rank of Animal and the Zone at which you collect it from. Another weird thing, is that collecting from Champion Animal in the lowest zone gives less coins from uncommon animal in a higher zone. (Lower Zone means the Zone you can get at lower levels). So it's better to clean an uncommon koala bear than to clean a champion Gazelle. Feeding Animals gives you 1/2 the amount of cold if would clean them.
If on the other hand you want to benefit your neighbors, since the amount of coins collected is somewhat trivial, you want to accelerate babies and accelerate expansions. As I've said in a previous post, accelerating babies takes 8 (eight) hours off the baby timer, and you can only accelerate one baby per visit (day?). You can accelerate expansions in a neighbor or community zoo, and you can accelerate as many times as you want, up to the amount of hearts the zoo has to offer. Personally, accelerating babies is better than expansions, since the goal of the game is to get to the Champion rank of animal.
how do you help deliver a neighbors baby? its one of the goals but i cannot figure it out!!
ReplyDeletethe same way you deliver an animal baby in your own zoo. But this time, you don't 'deliever' it, you just help 'accelerate' the baby. You click on the little baby basket when there is a baby inside. The baby basket will have words on it like 'Help me'

ReplyDeleteAfter you click the 'help me' basket, does the 'help me' words disappear? If it does, you should email DreamZooSupport@zynga.com. What you should do is to click on that email in the 'Menu' then 'Settings' and then scroll down to the bottom, find that email, and click on that to send an email to the support people
DeleteHow do you add a community neighbor? I know how to add neighbors via code, just not community neighbors.
ReplyDeleteIf that community neighbor has recently visited you (you can see the tag 'recently visited' in the list), then if you go to their zoo and earn your hearts, a popup at the top of the screen will allow you to add that neighbor.
DeleteIf that communnity neighbor has not visited you, you can't add them. If you go to their zoo and earn their hearts, then it's up to that community zoo owner to come and visit your zoo and add you.
This does not work for me. I have just visited a community player with "recently visited" tag but after earning hearts I only get the "Thanks for help" message and not an option to invite him as a neighbor. What am I doing wrong?
