Seems like there's a bug where you can send hearts to your neighbors unlimited times...as long as you crash out after. I tried it and it seems to work, for me anyway, because I still have the issue of crashing whenever I do something (visit neighbor, go to inbox, etc). I tested it with a friend's zoo and they got multiple hearts from me per day using.
How does sending more hearts to people benefit you? Well...they are likely to hit the "Gift back" button and send you hearts too! Which means, more hearts for you too.
