Dream Zoo: Getting (some) Help from Zynga.com


I've been trying out Dream Zoo's technical support via the ingame email, and they are very responsive to your inquiry up till a point. Here's the breakdown of what I think are all the steps Zynga's Dream Zoo team will tell you to do for any error or bugs you find. As a courtesy, they will give you some token coins and/or hearts.


  1. Force Quit game and restart, is it fixed?
  2. Reinstall Game and start game. Is it fixed? 
  3. Log in and out of Facebook. Is it fixed?
  4. ' We are now working to fix your issue and we'll inform you right away once we have resolved it"
You can go to the forums and post your problem, but going through the email in the game will result in you having a case number for them to resolve. 

I feel that Zynga thinks that Dream Zoo is a fully working game. If there is a problem, it has to be because of the way Dream Zoo is installed or shut down, or a conflicting setting with another app (like facebook app). Once they have access that it's not these few problems, then they put in on a to-do list.
