Dream Zoo, which animals to buy

As i've mentioned before, I'm compiling a list of how much gold each animal gives as well as it's timers.

So, depending on your ability to collect, you should be able to buy more of a certain breed to make coin collection sync.
Dream Zoo Coin Collection Schedule

Since every rank (uncommon, rare, very rare, champion) of each breed has it's own collection timer, I want to make sure I make use of the timers so collect as much gold as I can. Since each time you collect coins, the timer resets and the amount is fixed per collection, you can't accrue gold over time and collect it at the end of the day.

Also, collection timers are on a binary schedule for each breed. First Animal will be X-mins, the next animal will be (X + Y)-mins, and the next one will go back to X-mins again.

  1. I thought the zoo money was accumulating. When I click on the zebra for instance, only a few things fly down. But if I am gone overnight and then click on the zebra tons of stuff flies down. But I didn't look to see the $ amount.

  2. Unfortunately, that's not how it works. You only get a fixed amount every time you collect the coins. If you want more coins, you have to click it more times (besides upgrading the animal).

This is why it's good to plan what type of animal to breed more. If you can collect every 1 hour, then breed more animals with a 1 hour timer. You can check which animals are better for your collection time by following the link on the top right of this page -----here---->

  3. Have updates the spreadsheet? I noticed that the lion has an income of zero and some of the champion hours of collection are wrong. Like the Rhino, it's current collection is 18 hours and not 12.

    1. Hello metAlAries, feel free to let me know which are the wrong values. :)
Also, I initially had 18 hours as the Rhino collection time, but someone else said that it should be 12 hours. I checked using a friend's zoo and indeed, the LOWEST timer on the Rhino family is 12 hours.

So as I see it, two factors comes into play when establishing your Collection Timer for an Animal. (1) First or Second Family. (2) With what rank did you start the Animal Family With.

I belive that the 18 hours could be your 2nd family, OR, that you started the Rhino with uncommon, which would result in the Champion Rhino being 18 hours.

USUALLY, the common rank for that type of animal is the same collection timer as the First Family of the Animal at the Champion Rank. i.e. Common Rhino timer == Champion Rhino Timer.
